Bought this replace old leather bags, I was looking for 600 denier nylon bags to get lighter rig, the usual, Depot, Lowe’s. But I never liked the nylon pouches due to shallow pockets. Wanting something lighter I started shopping and checked Amazon just to see, what a collection! I settled on these because they were inexpensive and I liked deeper looking pockets, plus for all you get for 50 bucks I had to see and purchased. I have not worked them yet but I have had enough carpenter bags through the years to tell if they will work. I got this rig the next day! Pockets are all exceptionally deep. Love that, bags although large, are sleek and don’t stick way out, good build quality on bags. Suspenders are really nice and ton of adjustment, cushioned straps are great, belt and belt cushion is ok, but for the money, great value, if they hold up like I think they will ,you can’t beat them, only negative I have is when you undo rig from your waist, bags were falling off belt, I used tarp clips ( you can see in pic’s) on belt between side bags to correct, that is typically for this kind of belt . Lastly, what’s up the color inside racing orange, with high vis checkered stripes! Like I say, maybe it will make me work faster! Lol! Overall, after some tweaking, I really like these bags and they will be put to the test! 4 star because bags shouldn’t slide off when you unbuckle your rig, and color! That wasn’t deal breaker still I think best 50 rig out there rig now!The bestKiddo started a construction job. He's a skinny human, so the normal belts don't fit around him comfortably. This allows him to carry the weight on the padded shoulder straps as well as on the belt around his waist. Lots of pockets and places to stash things.good
