I have tried a ring weight and I have a non flexible swing trainer also but neither provide what this whip stick does. I have not played golf in over five years and am wanting to get back into it for my retirement years. This thing let me know the same day I got it, just how out of shape I am for a golf swing. It is heavy and the shaft is flexible. I will have to confirm later but I really do believe that this will build muscle and swing memory. I might even lose some weight from just working out with it!
