This meter is made out of less durable plastic and is not made to last a long time. You cannot bump this at all or the screen will become darkened. I choose this meter because I needed one quickly and not to break the wallet, but would never purchase this meter again. Seller was awesome in getting it to me and explains why it was wrapped in bubble wrap so well. Using it in areas where it may get slightly bumped or bruised proved the thing just could not hold up. I may look at the sellers site for a different and better made meter later.
